My testicles are really weird. I don't know if I should see a doctor or what but I will tell you what happens:
I am a 15 year old and I masturbate and my testicles sometimes go back into my stomach but when I get an erection they drop or when I am masturbating sperm does come out. So do I have a problem? When I am not having sex thoughts sometimes they dissappear.
I don't get it. I don't have a light voice. Everything works down there. Can someone tell me why this happens?

It's normal. It has to do with blood flow to the scrotum as the penis becomes erect. I don't have your condition, but it won't kill you, either. Don't worry. I'm sure your balls are lovely.

Is is called the 'cremasteric reflex' where the testicles retract up with ejaculation. It is normal. Do not worry.

I would talk to your doctor to make sure there is nothing medically wrong, but I doubt it. One of mine does the same thing, and no issues. You may be embarrassed to ask your doctor, but you need to take it to him/her and discuss it. Good luck!
