U know failure is only the midway for success! that is I will advice U to try and try until U succeed!

Furthermore, a success after experiencing a failure has a much more satisfactory taste to it.

The most important thing for U right now is to gather your strenghts to overcome your deception and try to build again as who knows perhaps better things are awaiting you at the next corner of your life.....

As for my case everytime I meet a failure in life I use it as an experience in order to avoid making the same mistakes and make it a steping stone towards more attractive goals.

Failing and failure is a part of life, unfortunately
and we have all failed.
I have failed miserably....lots of times and lots
of times I keep making the same mistake. It's easy to do,
but the fact that you are now fed up is a really good sign
for change.

1) Write down where you have failed and what areas need
working on.
2) Try to develop and work on those areas of your life where
you are the weakest at. ie. You may need to do some more
study or make changes in your career/job, etc
3) Write down why they frustrate you? (get your feelings out on
paper).
4) Write down how you can make these changes.
5) Be kind to yourself and don't set your expectations too high.
6) Be realistic with change. Set achievable goals
7) Take little steps - one day at a time.

Remember that failure dosn't mean you are not a good person.
We are not perfect and we do make mistakes.
Go easy on yourself as well.
Try to overcome the little mistakes and then gradually work on the bigger ones.
Good luck!!

yes it did happen to me.

it would help not just to learn from ur mistakes, but to really know how to get up each time u stumble.

there's just a lot in this world to do.. and you know yourself, your a tough one, right?

well, u may want to try doing a different thing, and divert ur focus and energy to it.

widen you interests, give urself more choices, dont dwell too much on that thing, its better to have an apple and an orange with a banana in ur basket, than to have just an apple.

i know you get it.

see, u jus have a lot of things that you can do, and ul never know, that by keep on trying, you might be the next big thing at something..

alright, just get up and trreat yourself, its been awhile that you pampered yourself. y not grab an ice cream, watch a movie, go to a place where you wanted to be, meet new ppl, spa, shop, spend..

it wont hurt to, if you cry..be true to urself, in ur room cry until u forget what made you cry. then thank GOD!
=)

Everyone fails at some point. The one difference between a successful person and a failure is this. Successful people don't fall down and crawl into a corner. They get up, dust themselves off, and try again. And again. They try every avenue until they finally succeed. Don't give up. If you do, you'll never win.

Is like never ending story for everyone. I did but - I look and see no
way to go and I must accepted. Just take like it is and see another day. If you know what you want is easier to do something to make it happened. Just the time is the killer.
Good luck

happens all the time to me. I come to believe that failure is my middle name. Just kidding.

Driving works for me to overcome frastration and anger. If I have a chance to do it. If not than i just end up getting mad and then drive to get rid of it. I don't recomend getting all angry, it messes with your mind a lot.

first of all i put on my frustration and my anger in a room where no one is there and think about a harder but successful idea. forget about pass because it had happen and u can't change it, don't think about future so much because it is all planned by god and enjoy the present.
