It's none of your business, and tell your friend that it's none of your business who her husband sleeps with (and gets knocked up).
Then, tell your sister it's HER business, and she and/or the man need to do some serious explaining to his wife.
Finally, once you've said all that, get out of the way, and make this topic a "hands off" topic with your friend, because you aren't going to take sides (it would just end up hurting everyone in the long run, including you unborn niece/nephew).

What a mess! The truth hurts and your sister and her husband should come clean. The husband is at fault as he is so much older and should know better.
This shouldn't be your mess. It is between your sister, the husband and your girlfriend. You just have to be there to listen when your girlfriend needs it or your sister.
You've done nothing wrong.

Tell her the facts coolly and without adjectives like "my back stabbing sister". You are not involved in this, maintain your distance and let them sort it out between themselves. Tell your friend to treat your sister as she would have any other girl, without letting the friendship between you two influence the way she treats your sister.
Remember, honesty is the best policy!

that's some dirty ****!
i think if you don't tell your friend, she will find out eventually and that would definitly put an end to your friendship since it would be quite obvious you knew and didn't tell her.
and your sister.... i dont really know what to say to that.... i guess she is not worth it all since she doesn't really care about you as she did this without a second thought about you!
i hope you never regret whichever decision you go with
good luck!
i hope i was of any help!

If your sister's being such a ***** about it, tell your friend.
If you are worried that she'll be mad about you keeping it from her, tell her you just found out..
