i need some folders that can store my files n which are accessible by me only..can u suggest some site providing any service of this kind..??

It gives u 1GB free and u can creat sub folders into it, also it is very fast.
U also share files between the users of this "box".

Costs nothing, you have UNLIMITED (yes, unlimited) storage capabilities, it costs NOTHING, an you can easily decide who has access to anything you upload :)
Personally, I've fallen in love with this site for soo many reasons, this being one of them :)
