No. What is the confusion about this issue?. If a person put his fingers into fire he know he is going to burn them. Before Afzal attacked our parliament he knew he will get death sentence if he caught by the police or he might have shot dead during combat with our parliament security forces. So he has decided his punishment on his own. So Court only confirmed it. So Hang him immediately so that nobody will think of this kind of unpardonable crime to attack most respected and holy place like Parliament in our mother India.

I think Mr.Afjal has made a blunder by attacking our parliament, it means that he want to create a terror in the country which is not pardonable at all. If our politicians stop religious politics for their existence then i think these type of atmospheres doesn't occur in india. These bloody politicians they are not caring for the people who have died in that episode by guarding the top most ruling authority of the country and the representatives of it. If our ruling authorities are patriots of this country then this atmosphere doesn't arise.

Already Pakistan is on an undeclared war on India. It is a pity that India has not yet fully realised that. No weak kneed approach is going to do any good. Afjal is a hardened anti-Indian. If you look at his photograph, it shows clearly that he is very determined about what he did. There is no scope for his reformation. Yet, he has not chosen to plead for mercy, himself and even those who had filed the petition on his behalf are not contrite and they only find fault with the Indian judicial system.

He had attacked the Parliament. What else would you think should be the punishment for him? If his sentence is reduced then this would be the trend in all future terrorist attack in this country. Nobody else would be punished as this case would be used as reference in future cases.
