Yeah no alcohol. So How can i make it fun? Ages is like 15-19? how do i actually make it cool? we have 2 days!! Its a halloween costume party!

pizza parlour. only thing that makes sense. it is going to be difficult no matter what with the age range you have. lot of difference in the 15 year old mind of a jr high schooler,and the 19 year old college student.

Have lots of fun competitions from dancing to water games or teaming up and competing team against team, give some prices to make it more exiting or just try to break a world record !!!
best costume takes a nice price !!! but let them know before the party ...

Play Spin the Bottle. Its always fun to make out with a stranger for 2 minutes in a dark room.

na just get some good music a good theme set up going and lots of munchies...
get people that are good social talkers to talk and lighten the load,
i wouldnt stress most things work out, even tho you may not think that they do...

Or you could all dress like Raccoons and run around knocking over everyones garbage cans and steal peanuts from the 7/11. Then you could beat the crap outa mail boxes.
