Get onto the Daily Mail, they will have this guy's head on a plate.

Data Protection Act - anything they have about this on computer you have an inviolate right to see. Get onto the Data Protection Registrar for details. Normally a small fee of £2 or so.

You really must see a lawyer - lawyers have a professional duty to tell you the truth, the facts of your case reviewed against the law on this area. In particular local government, as a public body, must give reasons for its actions. You need to find a solicitor who is good - and who specialises in FAMILY LAW OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT/PUBLIC LAW - assuming that you are in the UK go to the law society website where you can put in details and find local solicitors by specialism. It is at lawsociety.org.uk
Don't use the local high street firm who may not specialise in this. If you have a good case, most firms will give you a free hour of their time to tell you what your options are - so you don't need to get caught up in the worry about the cost to start off with. Have you written to your local paper? Find out who your local councillor is because they should also champion your cause. Be careful with allegations of corruption - a good lawyer will restrict your arguments to the facts and win for you on that basis. You can get your children back with the right strategy - good luck.

First off, where is this taking place?

Call your local bar association, they will reccomend a lawyer who specializes in these cases. It might cost you some money, but there is a chance they will take the case pro bono (for free).

If all else fails, go to the local newspaper if you are in a big city, or the nearrst big newspaper if you are in a small town and talk to the reporters covering the beat. They might jump at the story and might get you the help you need.

If you want reults, go to the Sun newspaper.

They'll back you all the way, give you £50,000, then when you're exposed as the bad one, they'll dump all over you and make you suicidal.

Up with the freedom of the press.

This would make a good story!

You should have been appointed a lawyer! If not go pro Bono, or find a legislator that hates CPS!
