This is NOT the question of the meaning of life, the purpose of existence. I am asking the question of the meaning of the Being of the Beingness of beings, the beingness of beings is a beings essence or quiddity. What is the Being of essence? and therefore the Essence of Be-ing? By Be-ing, I mean the process of illumination that allows beings to appear in their essence. This is Heidegger's question. Again NOT the meaning to existence.

The question could be phrased. Phenomenologically, How does "is" appear. (is in the verbal sense) or "what is the meaning of IS?"

Be-ing means 'to be'. It is action rather than a fixed state.
It is defined by change. If there is no change, there can not be a discerning be-ing. In order to be, one must change across the time dimension. It denotes the dynamic rather than the static.

Do please accept the layman's indulgence! Thank you!!

What a brilliant question to acutely ponder with openly critical analysis! "What is the meaning of Be-ing?" Beingness is the state and condition of auto-cognitive awareness of the self. Affirmation of one's beingness is highly critical in stabilizing one's self-identity, however exercising caution, for if the process is overindulged this can lead to the disease of introspection, where the individual becomes self-absorbed, and thus sinks into a dangerous egocentric state of narcissism that debilitates the individual in the ability to establish and maintain healthy relationships with others, often leading to the vicious circle of sexual disorders turned in on the self, i.e. acute masturbation. To arightly and more healthfully operate in one's beingness, I recommend the "State of the Eternal Child" where the individual is "dead" to the self, focused on that which is "outside" the self, and "transfix" upon the world beyond the self. The State of the Eternal Child is like a child that confronts a mirror for the very first time, initially, the child actually perceives the self-reflection to be that of another being. This process is diametrically antipodal to Eastern philosophy which encourages, erroneously, that to find one's beingness; one must look into the self, which will inevitably lead to the disease of introspection.

iWell, well, well. I would need a translator to put this question into layman`s language. I have looked at this complicated point from just one angle .

Being aware of yourself is the essence of quest in any spiritual seeking. It is in this the Eastern philosophy talks of two different "I"s . The small 'i" which owns upto everything that is attributed to it in the world. "I am rich" "I am a PhD." "I am a father" "I am a son" . The varous roles that "i" plys to exist in this world.

The big "I" is the consciousness or awareness that illuminates everything. I would understand that Be-ing would mean to identify oneself with the "I" and not the "i"

I'm going to nibble on this one, though I may be way off the wall, let me play.

If we are, therefore be, we are because we have substance, something you can touch. You can say it is life, as opposed to the substance of a chair, though a chair has been created too. But words can 'be' as well, when spoken though they have no substance, have they been given life too? My thoughts can be and they can not be touched, but again to think them is to give them life.
So, perhaps the meaning of be-ing is to have life.

Fornication Under Consent of the King it was like a permission for having sex with someone way back when (usually relating to adultery, or statutory assault therefore was used as bad word and why we use it today)

Here is my 2c....i must warn you that i have no idea what i am talking about...

Beings is a created concept of my existance in my mind.
Being is the cocnept of my ego within my mind.
Being is the relative subjective realisation of myself.
Being is the "who" i am or who i think i am.
Being is a word philosophers use to deceive themselves and everyone around them.
Being is non-existent.

My take on it is that is is. It's a state of knowing you exist. It is not feeling happy are sad, it's not feeling any emotion. It's not thinking of what your next step is. It's just having a thought and one thought only... that you are.
