Doc Samson is just outmatched, he can sometimes defeat stronger foes by outsmarting them, but Wonder Man is actually move combat-savvy than Doc, who doesn't even like playing hero to begin with. Wonder Man wins...

Huh! That's a great question...! (Much as I usually dislike 'who is tougher?' questions.) I'd have to give Wonder Man the edge, due to his greater combat mobility. He can fly and Doc Sampson can't. Too bad. I like Doc Sampson. (Wait, is it Sampson, or Samson...?)

Doc Samson is only strong if his hair is long. Wonder Man on the other hand is immortal because of his ionic cells. I'd put my money on Doc Samson only because he's smarter. This is a battle where brains wins over brawn.
