Hmm.. Just text them or contact them through the numbers that would appear on the screen after or before the game show. Wait for a call and there you'd know whether you're qualified or not. After that, all the qualified callers will be screened (I don't know what happens in the screening part). And there you go! If you get chosen, you become a studio contestant for Kapamilya Deal or No Deal!
Sorry I forgot the contact numbers. I suggest you check it out on the net or you could just stay tuned on ABS-CBN. Go Kapamilya! (I hope no Kapuso-Kapamilya debate goes on in this thread..Hehe..)

Just go early to the studio. The game show's production staff will distribute raffle tickets. Those who gets picked will outrightly become game contestants.
