All the dark colours on my screen have suddenly developed little re dots all over them. Does anyone know why that is?

Run a scan for viruses. If nothing shows up, check the cable to the monitor is in properly. Sometimes if its loose, it can cause the picture to go all funny. If that doesn't help, try checking your monitor set up. It should be in the start up option, under 'My Computer' or control panel. There should be a repair option.

R U running crappy ie 7?? That was turning my screen black and making my tool bar shake. I had to run the mouse over objects for them to appear. Uninstalled it now & it's back to normal.

if changing the location and changing the settings didnt change it, your monitor is dead. if u still have warantee, talk to the manufacture, otherwise, its time to get a new monitor.

you can get a 17 or 19 inch monitor for apprx. 200 bucks.

Try to change the display setting of the screen.it might help you othewise give it for repair

check the lead going into the back of the monitor. unplug it and check to see if its been squashed, then replace it back in.
