What equipment do i need in wig, makeup and costume? any cheap Ideas?

Oooohhh....scary!!! Seems like it would be easy enough - it is all in the makeup. Make sure you freeze frame the movie as you apply costume make-up. And then don't forget the fangs!!!
You'll need a clown suit and some balloons to hold.
I'm sure you could get a bald cap or even cap with clown hair from a costume store at little to no cost.

Hit up stores like Target and Wal-Mart to see if you can find what you need there. If you're not able to find certain items, then try going to a specialty store (like Party City) or to a costume shop as a last ditch effort to find what you're looking for.
OH! And don't forget the long nails too, and be sure to practice your most sinister, evil laugh too!

Hit dollar stores, especially for the balloons, and thrift stores that advertise Halloween gear. If that doesn't work, head to the nearest Wal-Mart.
Unfortunately, it seems that most Halloween stuff is disappearing and the Christmas stuff is already up. It should be illegal!

I don't really have any ideas for your costume but I just wanted to thank you for the nightmares I'm gonna have tonight remembering that evil clown & terrifying book. (Definitely one of my favorite King novels - I still can't look in a sink drain without thinking of that damn book)
