Prickley hair?

So like all women i have some facial hair. it doesn't bother me the way it looks, but sometimes it feels prickley and that's what bugs me. does anyone know of a way to make the hair finer?

sometimes bleaching it can help make is softer.

She can't wax it because the wart might come off with the hair and that would hurt something fierce.

I don't have hair. I don't understand why you wouldn't just wax it though.
