I am looking to buy a new cell phone and I recently saw the new features that say wifi and I am completely lost as to what this will enable me to do. Will it let me connect to the internet and browse as if I am on my laptop, talk for free through voip, I am just completely lost if anyone could explain what wifi on a cell phone does and what enables me to do, I would greatly greatly appreciate it. And also what is the best phone to get with this feature and maybe why?

With wifi u can surf the internet, juz like on ur laptop. If that phone supports voip, then what can u say!! Juz like a laptop but in a shape of a phone...
