y hasnt it shown up on the list?

Hey,
when you ask a question in here usually you'll have to wait a minute or so for it to show up on the list because all questions have to go through Yahoo!'s filters (for obscenities and such, which by the way don't always work).
That's why it seems to take long after you post them for them to actually show up on the list.
