I would rather have a high responsibility big income job because I am by nature, a responsible person and a born leader. If I were to be leading the organisation, I would bring it to greater heights. However, if I were to have low responsibility, I would be demoralized and do less.

Actually I enjoy the job I have. I am a registered Nurse and I work in Emergency care. I love my job. It is not the best paying job that I could have, but I enjoy it. And the pay is higher than a lot of other professions that are more demanding, and less fulfilling.

it depends... which job would not take away your values from you.
whether its a big$ or small$, the end point is, when you go to bed, will you have the peace of mind, and can you tell yourself--just you very self, that you actually LOVE what u do and happy about it.. will u feel that you really matter, if so, choose that job.

measure your needs and measure how much time you need to spend for yourself - greater responsibilities usually call for greater attention most of the time.
