depends on your definition of fast...
generally speaking, if it's too fast it's not good for you...

Exercise 3 or 4 times a day. With at least 2 of those times being Aerobic for 20 minutes (I used bicycling for this to and from my gym and a swim to cool off). With an additional 90 minutes of strengthening or circuit exercises. Drink only PLAIN water, nothing with corn syrup, sugars or any type sweetener. Eat no or very little red meats, because they stay in your digestive system rotting and adding weight to you. Limit your calorie intake to about 900 to 1100 calories a day divided into 3 to 5 small meals, consisting of lots of vegetables to fill you, very little fat, some protein and some carbohydrates both needed for energy. Keep at daily until you get results. I don't know how fast you are hoping for but this worked amazingly for me one summer. And I'm turning back to it once again for results.

Isn't there some kind of water diet...? I heard once....Like you only drink water for a day or so....maybe some raw vegys. I don't know...Sounds like you're in a hurry for a date or something...
You should go to a hollywood diet website and look around...They're always trying to lose weight fast....Ofcourse I hope you have a good reason to need to lose it fast...cause no diet is worth getting sick over...So be careful ! !

ok first of all woke up in the morning and take a walk for about 1 hour in the park than go home and eat a healthy breakfast like lots of juice,wheat bread,fat free milk etc..than you gotta do exercise for about 4 hours a day most of the exercise must be crunches and running..if you will continue this method for about 2 weeks you will losse 4 kgs for sure..
