dear:
Elephent is big in size and fly is small - this is the main point
Secondly Elephant is a mammal and fly is a flying insect, etc.
Fly cause more problems of spreading dicease, etc. but Elephent kills people directly by its force...
Elephent is useful to man in so many way but flys not much useful and it makes more harm to human...
And I do not know what types of answer you expect from answers? Give us more deails to answer for that particular point in detail...

Hmm...
Both are opposite in many ways, basically there is no difference as both are living beings. A fly can make an elephant cry and annoyed by entering into it's nose but an elephant can't do it. He He He.
I will vote for the fly.
