Okay, this is going to require a little bit of explanation, but you know how sometimes people will take the Gettsyburg Address or the Declaration of Indepdenpence or the books of the Bible (or whatever) and then put them to music so they're easier to memorize? I was wondering if there are any tapes or CD's where people have complied a large number of those songs. I have a pretty good memory when it comes to music (it's about the only area where I have a good memory) and I'm trying to put it to some use by memorizing famous speeches and other things that are worth meemorizing. Thanks!

Sorry, the only other thing I can think of is the Alphabet Song. It is so effective that in coutries where z is pronounced "Zed" instead of "Zee" they spend years un-teaching kids the pronounciation of that letter.

But if you go to education stores you can buy tapes/CDs of times tables, and (I believe) the table of the elements.

In Animaniacs Yakko once sang the list of nations to Mexican Hat Dance.

i play music in the house and then walk around speaking aloud what i want to remember. i can then remember that piece of info by the room i'm in and the song that is playing. i do it when i have a speech to do at work and dont want to be carrying any papers to prompt me. works for me!
