The answer is zero. I dunno how but Pakistan develop cold feet when facing India in any World Cup cricket match. It is a strange undisputable record maintained by India in a history of over 30 yrs. The last world cup in South Africa was a tantaliser of a match between India and Pakistan where India (Tendulkar) took one Mr. Shoaib Akhtar to the cleaners and won comprehensively.
Most of the other matches between the two in World Cup have been keenly contested, but somehow India has always prevailed. Easy examples being WC-99 (Manchester) and WC-97 (Bangalore).
Let's hope the trend continues in WC as well as other matches.

Pakistan has never defeated India in any World Cup Match.
They have so far played 4 World Cup Matches against India
and lost all the 4 Matches.

India had played 4 matches agnst Pakistan & have won all the matches.
Even though Pakistan won the 1992 World Cup they lost the Match to India.
Lets hope it continues
