I've worked for a 5-star hotel in the Philippines (Makati Shang-Rila).
Questions they've asked me:
- What are your expectations from this company?
- What can you contribute to this company?
- Why should we hire you?
- What makes you different from the other applicants?
- How will you handle customer complaints or problems?
- How will you handle conflicts with co-workers/ managers/supervisors?
- Questions about your last job(s)?
- Tell me more about yourself.
- What do you know about this restaurant?
and there are so many more other questions they can ask you. But these are just few of the questions I've encounted during an interview.

Hope that helps you.

They will probably ask you about different drinks or cocktails. Any job interview I have ever been on they asked me what I would do in different situations so i would imagine they would ask you questions like that too. They also asked me why I wanted to work there.

"Are you aware of infection control procedures?"

"Why do you want to work here?"

"Where will you be in 5 years?"

"Explain to me what good customer service is?"

"What is your best quality as a worker?"
