Reason--He brought back DX and made the Champion of Champions match for Cyber Sunday.
Worst GM-->Eric Bishcoff
Reason--He abused his power and gone mad with it.Wrote a boring book.He does have some good points,like creating the Elimination Chamber.
Smackdown:
Best GM-->Theodore Long
Reason--He has a good heart.Gave Rey a spot at Wrestlemania 22 when his chance was taken away by Randy Orton.Make awesome matches and creating the barb-wired steel caged match.
Worst GM-->Kurt Angle
Reason--He practically fired everybody on Smackdown.

Reason: From commentator to exec. assistant. Calling WWE Creative...we need LOGIC on aisle RAW. How the hell did he get promoted?

Reason: He brings professionalism in the table, whereas other brands have executive assistants, sherrifs and messiahs running their show.
Worst GM -- Paul Heyman
Reason: The Messiah of the Bingo Hall is trying to make SD look like ECW during his term.

reason because when he was gm he didnt abuse power or take advantage of people.
worst - bischoff
reason anywhere he goes he ruins the show.
smackdown- best - teddy long
reason - very imparcial give people what they deserve and what they ask for.
worst its a tie - paul heyman and stephanie mcmahon
reason. both abused power and destroyed any chance smackdown had of being better than raw.
oh yeah vince was never GM he is the owner of the wwe why would he demote himself to gm.
also coach is not a gm either.

i think of that what this is going to steer as much as is smackdown uncooked and ecw working wild on all 3 shows without policies and then after mania we've new gm's or some king of order merely in time for the 09 draft
