Breast is a lymphoid tissue and at the stage of development it may give some amount of secretion which is not serious. But make sure that it is not staining. According to Ayurveda, Urad Dal may increase this problem. This Dal is very common in south India. Further, if you consume milk and any milk products daily in your diet, it may add to the problem because dairy products increase the production of lymph. Good diet and REGULAR exercise is the master-key of elan health.

It's normal for your body to go through changes as you go through puberty. It would be good to go for a check up & see if, anything else is going on with you. Your family Doctor or Planned Parenthood could tell you what is normal for you.
