At the end of each show they are smoking cigars and tonight Denny (William Shatner) they had the closest relationship. I love that show. Does anyone else like it. I laugh at the stars all the time.

That is one of the best shows on TV. Their complex and sometimes strange seeming dynamic is what keeps the show great. Not to mention the "4th Wall" - the lines where they reveal they know it's a tv show.... I love them.

They share each other's secrets and without Spader, Alan Shore, Shatner's Character, "Denny Crane", would have retired season one. He said so. between the Mad Cow and the Word Salad, the shooting someone and telling a muderer to run, they share a lot of history. And then there is their obsession with Candace Bergen, Shirley Schmidt. I love the ongoing joke with the dwarf. She has to stay as does the sex therapist. This is one of the best things about the show, cigars and scotch after a long day of groping and oogling women. Ah the life.

I really enjoy that show as they have some quirky cases, lots of office romance and backstabbing, and Shatner is a riot. Spader is trhe classic obnoxious lawyer that you want on your side, and the others in the office are fun.
