Since he is older (than?) he should have a little more reserve and experience as to what is and what is not appropriate. I think that anyone who does not respect the boundaries of good taste should be shamed.
But in my opinion, the sexual advances to the 15 year-old is worse, because 19 is a consenting adult age.

In case you are unaware, Gerry Studds was a Democrat member of Congress from Massachusetts who did not send dirty pics to a teenaged page, but actually HAD SEX with teenaged pages. I assume you're speaking of Monica Lewinsky - who was 22, not 19.

i would say the 15 year old boy would be more inappropriate because that is gay but if the 19 year old girl is white and the guy is black that would be even more inappropriate
