Try drinking water.
That is a classic symptom of dehydration.

Seriously, try it. That's the first thing I do if I get a sore head, especially in the morning, and most of the time it goes away by the time i've finished the glass.

they could be stress/tension headaches or they really could be migraines. I get migraines and I try this. take a HOt shower and let the water hit the back of your neck..sometimes that helps. OTC meds don't do a lot for me. Sometimes if you will lie down in a dark room with no noise, they will go away. If nothing else works, you probably need to go get it checked by an MD..yes, I know it's a pain but they may be able to help

Not a great fan of alternative medicine but this really works. Go to your local garden centre and ask for a herb called FEVERFEW make an infusion with it and drink while still warm, great for migraine and tension headaches. Cannot be easy with parents being doctors, But I am sure if it were something serious they would spot it.

Dehydration is a common reason for headaches - try drinking more water.
Otherwise you may need glasses since your eyes have trouble focusing.

I had headaches for years until finally seeing a good neurologist. He immediately diagnosed me as suffering from migraines, and prescribed Relpax, which worked wonders.

Also, if you don't want to go to a doctor, take vitamin B12. My neurologist told me this vitamin helps some people as much as prescription drugs.

Keep a journal & find out what triggers your headaches, so you can find the cause. You could be tired, dehydrated, have allergies or get tension headaches.
