Yes I have used it. A friend of mine had been trying for a while and found out about the watch. She got pregnant using it the first month. How it works is like this: it detects a surge in your sweat ions while you are sleeping. It keeps track of this and tells you 4 days leading up to ovulation as well as 2 possible days of ovulation and 2 less fertile days afterward. My friend passed it on to me and I used it for 3 months. I am currently 5 days late so here's hoping. I found out that I ovulated on day 24 this month instead of my regular 16! Very shocked!
It was very easy to use so I would definitely consider it. It takes the stress out of trying. The OV watch company says to have sex every other day during your fertile time to maximize your chances. With those directions and the watch telling you when to begin, can it be any easier?

no, but the ovulation cycle goes like this:

Day 1-7 your on your period
Day 7-14 nothing
Day 14-16 ovulation occurs (discharge thickens and becomes very milky white)
Day 18-21 nothing
Day 21-28 get bitchy from PMS (LOL)

If you have intercourse frequently on days 14-16 or 17, AND HAVE AN ORGASM you will increase your chances of pregnancy GREATLY.

ORGASM is the key, I swear. It worked for me on the 2nd time with my first child and the 1st time with my second child. Reason being, when the muscles contract during orgasm, it forces the seman deeper into the vagina and uteras thus increasing chances of pregnancy.
