no a yeast infection is caused by too much moisture being too close to her body. like its real commen for girls that like to wear their swim suits all day(cause the fabric doesnt breathe) or if she wears non cotton panties. yeast infections can be spread by sex but are not an STD ok. you did nothing wrong, she just got too wet :) or she is cheating, or she doesnt change her panties

Make sure you wash your hand before and after with warm water and soap. Tell her to wear cotton panties and everything should be good.

Possibly, you really need to make sure your hands are very clean and that your nails are clipped when you do that.
