No you shouldn't! Who cares if it will take longer? You won't be any better thought of for going in because it will be expected of you. Stock take is the most boring thing in the world, enjoy holiday, it will get done with or without you. Cool bike!!

Err depends on your work place. Is it a nice place to work where your efforts will be appreciated?
If so yes
Are your colleagues a nice bunch and you would like to help them out?
If so maybe
Are you the boss who pays their wages?
If so no
No only joking.
Do you have anything more important or better to do. Plus it could be a good learning expereince for them to manage it on their own. it's the only way they'll become self reliant

You are off work for a week so I wouldnt bother. If they say you have to - say you have made plans - reason for you weeks off.
