Egyptair (MS) through Bangkok (BKK), Beijing (BJS), Osaka (OSA) or Tokyo (TYO)
Korean Air (KE) through Seoul (SEL)
Malaysia Airlines (MH) through Kuala Lumpur (KUL)
Singapore Airlines (SQ) through Singapore (SIN)
Thai Airways International (TG) through Bangkok (BKK)

Cathay Pacific, Egypt Air and China Southern Airlines all have flights, but they're not direct.
