We have had patients in the ER that have had errections for 4 days or more. These patinets were taking erectile disfunction drugs. You need to see you physican or ER Doc and get this taken care of. Sometimes the blood has to be evacuated in order not to loose the member.
Call your attending, or consulting nurse and don't risk being memberless

I would absolutely take your cat to a vet. Remember that cats are extremely stoic, and will often seem fine until they get really, really sick. When my cat had this problem, it turned out he had an infected anal gland. It eventually abscessed, and he had to have surgery to fix it. Whatever it is is probably very treatable, she probably has either an infection or some type of parasite. It's much easier to treat if you get it early.
