Our goats are "singing" all day long. Sometimes the whether sounds like he's screaming until his voice breaks.
bAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH-A-a-a-a!!
They're not needing ANYTHING, water full, hay full and fresh, lots of room to run, etc. Now, I know that the "singing" is pretty normal. Yet it still sounds excessive
He's not gonna blow a goat gasket or anything is he?

Goats can lose their voices from hollering too much. If he is the only one crying, has anything changed like maybe you have sold a goat, moved one to a different place, or something like that. Are you sure that he is not in pain from anything? A goat can stress pretty quick, and then it is hard to bring them around. If they are all crying, maybe they just want some attention from you. Good Luck with your kids.
