first dont call it a paintball gun its called a marker (for those dingbats who think paintball is violent)
barrell cover
clothes to wear to get dirty in
pods and some type of pod holder
squeege
towel and a wash cloth to clean off the paint after the game to get ready for the next.
windex for cleaning your mask or mask cleaner but it is more expensive
good shoes for running and ankle protection
gloves to protect your fingers and to help from getting posion ivy
bug spray
water to drink
some type of head protection ie baseball hat or a bandana
a funnell can be used for pouring you paintballs into pods or your hopper
your allan wrenches screwdrivers large pliers pocket knife
a watch and or a compass for timed games and not getting lost in the woods
radios with earphones to talk to your team mates..

Great aim, even better reflexes, a watchful eye, and clothes that you don't mind ruining. Also a set of rules such as how far away you should be from an opponent so you don't truly harm anyone...
