I especially like its appearance. The specs seem to be really impressive. But can you guys give any suggestions on other brands which still give me what Im looking for. (especially in appearance)

The prices have come way down and if you are THAT impressed with the looks, well, GO FOR IT! Alienware does have many really visually stunning computers to fit most everyone's budget.

But I would look into their reliability, Customer service and Tech Support before I dopped one thin dime - looks can be deceiving.

For the price that you pay for an Alienware, you can get the Mac Pro desktop or MacBook Pro laptop that will handle anything a gamer can throw at it.

MAC OSX marries the best of both worlds - the MAC OS with Unix OS! Fast, reliable, tough, superior Customer Service & Technical Support.

Or you can build you own! There are mod kits at various stages available.

If you are more interested in appearance, you can easily buy a cheaper computer and place it in a fancy case, possibly even put some glow inside of it.

Wait until pcs come preloaded with vista or else you'll be looking to spend another $200-300 bucks for it.
