Can anyone tell me which comics had a photo-cover?

I know about Amazing Spider-Man 262, Dazzler 21, Marvel Team-Up 128, Spider-Woman 50, New Warriors 44 and Saga Of The Swamp Thing 2 - not to mention pretty much the entire run of Sandman Mystery Theatre - but are there any others?

A tremendous amount of comics have photo covers... many of them are alternate covers....

Every Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Spike and other series has a photo variant, as do many issues of Army of Darkness. There are many, MANY that elude me at this moment....
