I know about Amazing Spider-Man 262, Dazzler 21, Marvel Team-Up 128, Spider-Woman 50, New Warriors 44 and Saga Of The Swamp Thing 2 - not to mention pretty much the entire run of Sandman Mystery Theatre - but are there any others?

The Comic Book Database currently has a large list of comics with photo covers:

Tons of comics in and around the 1950s had photo covers. Dell published a large number of comics based upon live-action films (many times Disney productions) that sported photo covers.

Also, more recent titles based on TV shows and movies (many are listed above) typically have either a photo cover or a variant photo cover.

For a more comprehensive listing, check out any edition of the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide by Robert M. Overstreet. It does a good job of mentioning photo covers. Unfortunately, you will have to search through individual titles to find them.

Good luck!

I think the first couple of issues of Ultimate Spider-Man had photo covers.
