become cfo/ceo/etc give your self stock options back dated a zillion years, then "leak" information that the company is hugely profitable just before you exercise those options. Once exercised make a "put" option on your companies stock and then "leak" info that it was all lies and the company is in financial trouble.
Then move to a country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the US (or what ever country you come from). Oh and change your name while you're at it.
