Drink ferrous sulfate. eat liver. brocholi which has a good content of Iron. Always drink vitamin C with iron, so that your body will easily absorb the Fe. The hemoglobin deficiency can occur to women when they start menstrating or it can also be hereditary.

Provide things with chelated iron. But it all depend on what is causing the deficiency You must find the cause of the anemia first.
Must get a CBC and differential from a doc first with visual confirmation that's where you start. This could be very deadly if you let it go on, because hemoglobin caries O2 to the cells.and caries CO2 away from the red blood cells

Use wheat grass juice:
-Soak wheat for a day
-and sprout the next day
-and on sprinkle on a soil and cover it with loose soil and sprikle water.
- cover theis with a paper and keep watering for 3 more dasy.
on 7th day u see 5 - 6 inches wheat grass and now it is to be cut and juice is to be extracted in a mixey by adding 1 or 2 glasses water.
Filter and this plain juice tro be consumed by any one irrespective of age on empty stomach.
Grow this grass on daily basis and Blood test for hemoglobin will be VERY SURPRISING in a month itself.

Eat lots of leafy vegetables, beetroot, take a cup of milk everyday along with a table spoon of honey.
