how can i find out what programs are conflicting on my computer?

My computer is freezing up all the time I just want to know how can i stop this.

You are either having an overheating issue or you have cheap RAM. You may need to reapply thermal paste to the processor or clean out the heatsink fan on the processor. Try setting virtual memory setting to default (if it isn't already). I don't think you have any conflicts. You could have a program that is trying to run in the background that is corrupted. So, you could check your strartup programs and get rid of anything non-essential.
