Search for the High School then call them and ask for them to look for any of their Alumni with that name that Graduated that year.

You can also try skipease.com, not all of it is free though. It would help a lot if you knew what state.

There are several search engines you can try. You might also look up the company that made the ring and give them the information you have, they may be able to locate the High school where it was sold.

www.classmates.com to find the high school, you can then put in the graduation year and search for the name. No guarantees that the person will be listed as not all prior students sign up for classmates.com.

Another good sight to find names, especially if you go to classmates.com and can't find the person but at least you've been able to find the city & state of the school, go to www.zabasearch.com. This will provide a lot of information, however, be aware that not all of it is accurate. For instance, I put my name in and unbeknownst to me my middle name is now my first name and I now have a middle initial of "J" which is incorrect, but it does list my correct address. It also lists my brother but it has his age wrong as it lists my father's age (they have the same name & my father has been deceased for over 25 years). But zabasearch will hopefully list some information on this individual that is correct & you'd be able to find them.

I think it is very commendable of you to want to find the person and return their ring. Good luck!

you can try it in the yellow pages on yahoo! do you know about where he lives? it will give you his address, but if he has an unlisted phone, it will not come up, do you know any family members that still live the same place? they might be able to get ahold of him, or you could try classmates.com, but they charge for that now

I would first try classmates.com, then try to google the school name, find out what state it is in, then try whitepages.com and look up their info. Hopefully they still live in the same state.
