If you aren't sexually active it's probably jock itch. They sell spray over-the-counter. If you are sexually active, there is the possibility of an std.

It sounds like you have a yeast infestion. Yes guys can get them too. Seriously, see your doctor. If you are too embarassed to do that, then get some canestin cream. Yes the woman stuff. Try that for a few days, with especially good hygeine, and it should clear up. No more scratching!! You will only introduce some seriously bad stuff there that you dont want! so wash, dry, cream. you should be good, if not, its off to the doc.

it sounds like you have 'jock itch' which is a common thing boys get when they sweat too much (it is also a puberty thing). it is a fungal infection and is just mainly annoying...an over the counter antifungal cream or spray should be effective...ask the pharmacist for help...DO NOT use hot water...cold water and a mild soap (dial or the soap that floats is good)
wear boxers and not whitey tighties...wash your underwear in hot water and use a little bleach to kill the fungus, and if you wear a jock strap at school, wash it well (as well as the cup)
good luck

I think the best thing to do is to tell your mom and see a doctor. Your mom loves you and is not going to think anything. As a parent I would want to know if my kid were in pain. The longer you let it go the worse it will get...It's probably something really simple but trust your mom. If not, find a male adult friend you are comfortable talking to and let him help. What you are suffering is NOT normal and will get worse...You have to see a doctor somehow.

Wash it well with MILD soap & warm water. when dry, apply natural 100% pure ALOE VERA GEL & leave it one. Gently rub it in but leave it on. Won't stain or smell. Do twice daily & have hope. You will heal and calm down the itch & flaking.. Buy at pharmacy or vitamin stores.
All the best.

This could be an allergic reaction to the washing powder your mom uses to wash your clothes. Especially if she uses a biological one. Secondly it could be caused by excessive sweating down below, normally caused by wearing nylon underwear or tight fitting pants; change to cotton wear them loose or go commando for a while. Don't be embarrassed tell your mom or go see your Doc.
