This sounds like anxiety, depression, and hormonal imbalance. School is very hard now and you are developing anxiety over this. Please see your doctor and get some help with this. I have a friend who experiences anxiety disorder three days before a test. She can't sleep. You are wanting to sleep so you can escape this terrible depression. I feel for you and understand. Anxiety and depression can cause a hormone imbalance and since you are not having a period, I would take this problem to a doctor of internal medicine and they can examine you for hormone imbalance and then refer you to the proper place for help after that. Maybe some medication. I know you are really under stress.
I am thinking about you and wish you good health. I know you don't want to take any medication because of your pre-pharmacy curriculum which alone is enough reason to be moody because that is a hard course.

If you haven't had a period in months that sounds like something is going on physically. A physical imbalance can cause depression so you may have both problems. Also since you've mentioned how difficult your studies are, are you getting enough sleep at night? Sleep deprivation could be part of the problem. At any rate you should see your doctor and discuss all your symptoms. It sounds serious enough to look into so don't just let the folks on Y!Answers diagnose you.

Hang in there, I know how much it sucks.
First, if you feel overwhelmed, most colleges offer free psycho therapy with a psychologist if you are a full-time student. It is completely confidential and it will never go on any sort of record. It is sometimes nice to talk to someone who doesn't know anything about you, so you can receive that true "unbiased" help. They can also recommend anti-depressants if they feel there is a need.
Second, you need to make an appointment with your gyno ASAP. More for the reason that you haven't had a period since July. If you don't have a gyno, look up your nearest women's clinic and just go for a check up, and let them know how you have been feeling.
Definately see the gyno, and look into the counseling, just because sometimes people just need to talk.
Feel better :)

It sounds like a combination of depression and stress. Stress in itself can mess up your cycle, and it always leads to moodiness and usually does mess up your grades.
I know that you probably have reasons for taking such a heavy course load, but for next term, cut back on the classes! It'll take you longer to get your degree, but it will give you the time you need to do the job right and result in better grades.
Make a schedule for yourself - you need to eat, and eat HEALTHY foods, not junk, and do it regularly. You also need exercise to help burn off some of the stress you're under, so schedule that too. Don't forget to give yourself time to sleep properly as well.
The clinic at your college should have a mental health counselor. Try going there and talking to them, they've got a lot of experience with what you're going through. Good luck!
