Not true at all...it's just hugely popular in Japan at the moment. As such, the majority of GL clothing manufacturers are Japanese and make the clothes in sizes that fit the typical Japanese build.

Of course this isn't true.
Gothic Lolita is a great style, that happened to originate in Japan. I see no reason why someone non-Asian couldn't pull this look off.
It's like saying that only Americans can wear preppy clothes.

Not at all... You can dress any style you want! The world may be a messed up placed, But we still have freedom to wear what we choose:)
