Black absorbs the most light. The lighter the colors get, the less light they absorb.

for me it had become necessary to answer you because i think that you should reform your question because light itself is single or combination of colours, your question should have been "which colouerd object absorbs more light"
for this question the answer is: black coloured objects, as they absorb all colours falling on them.

what? i dont get your question. all i can say is that colors are represented by different wavelengths and frequencies. and that white light is composed or a "mixture" of the rainbow colors.
