I dont think there isnt any strongest or smartest ethnic group, seriously. The Americans are the dominant in all over the world, but wait.. where does the American originally came from? Then you can always the Chinese all over the world simply because you can always find Chinatown in every country! The jew are the smallest ethnic group in terms of population but then most scientist and richest people are jew. And now Indonesian are also one of the strongest ethnic group in the world.. who would've dare to challanged their bombing technique?!?!?!?
So, i dont think there's any strongest or smartest ethnic group in the world.

If the white man had not impeded on the proliferation of our brothers, they would be the strongest ethnic group.....naaaaaah, im just kidding. I'm a whitey all right. I gotta go with the Jews. They consist of less than 1 percent of the U.S. population and yet they have succeeded in almost every avenue of life - hell Jamie Gold (Jewish) just won the World Series of Poker. Who knows what's next?

Caucasians with Northern European roots.
Because they not only created a brand new country (U.S.A.) in a very short period of time (historically speaking)--conquering every other race/ethnic group in the process (I'm not saying they are the nicest)--and then made sure it (U.S.A.) became, and is now, the number one Superpower on Earth. The U.S.A. is the newest AND strongest, richest, most powerful nation on this planet.
Therefore, Caucasians who founded the U.S.A. must be pretty dang smart and obviously pretty dang strong or the USA wouldn't be what it is today.

There isn't an ethnic group that is stronger or smarter... there are individuals who are stronger and smarter. Whoever the most strong & smart individual is I don't know. To know that I would have to meet every single person in the world.
