If the democrats win the the elections, yes i think there would be a troop pull out in the new future.
And if America leaves, I think every other country will pull out too

I appreciate the question but honestly don't know because it would depend on the presidential election in 2008. If the democrats regain control of the House and Senate, there would be some movement to ameliorate the damage already done. With a democratic presidency, it is my sincere hope that there will be peace again and that we won't be spending $7 TRILLION taxpayer dollars on some war. All this talk about "evil" -- war is evil. An unnecessary war is not only evil, it is unconscionable. How could we have let this happen? I thought America fought Nazi tactics, not suborned them.

The Dems will solve the war issue through strategy and diplomacy. George W. becomes a lame duck Nov. 8th and he will not be able to get anymore unjustifiable funding for this war other than funds to bring our troops home. The British will follow us out in lock-step. Congress will place bill after bill on the president's desk which he will veto to the republican party's ultimate demise. Anything the Dems do will be a dramatic improvement to whatever the President's war party has in mind.

If the Democrats win everything this election then I will no longer be able to afford anything because they have already said that they will raise all taxes. They will pull every troup out and say that this is the only thing to do. Then they will say they are sorry to bin lauden for him attacking us on 9/11 and ask how much money he wants!
I am not attacking them just stating what they have done in the past.

Republican pullout wouldn't happen for many years.. democratic pullout in 12 months.. no other country would be foolish enough to stay behind.

I think if we suddenly pull out of Iraq, government control would be a free for all, and the guys with the most guns (not necessarily the good guys) might win -- after half the country was dead. We should stay and help the good guys gain control, get their government set up, get the people organized and backing them, and THEN we can start to withdraw. You don't put an ailing friend out on the freeway and leave him there if you care about him.

No, but it would mean that perhaps, we could make the country a little bit better than it is right now.

Plus, did you know that now 51% think that Bush should be investigated for impeachment?

A majority of the nation thinks impeachment might be necessary. What does that say about the current leadership.
