Indians are generally not good doctors..so most probably there is none. Trying asking in Singapore, Philippines and maybe Malaysia.

You can find good neorologist in Batra Hospital or Apollo Hospitals as one of my fathers friend used to visit Batra hospital as he has brain tumour but by Gods Grace it was removed successfully at the age of 70 can u believe it, he used treatment from Batra Hospital but operation was done in Canada,Hope this helps

There's one in Rajouri Garden area by the name of :Dr. Rana (rana Nursing Home), a tested surgeon..supposed to be one of the best in Delhi. Very famous, he gives sitting in most top hospitals in Delhi including Max in Saket. In Rajoury Gdn, he has his own nursing home.
