Just took the overnight Monistat ovule with the exterior itchy scratcy cream combination pack, but it feels like it's getting worse by the second. I'm dying here!!

Sorry, you have to give the Monistat time to work, not an instant cure..

eating yogurt with live cultures does help. They also sell pills with live cultures in them...they work great. If it is a yeast infection there is a miracle pill out that is only prescribed by doctors. Diflucan. Also watch the amount of sugar intake. Yeast grows in warm conditions so be sure you dry good when you shower. Don't wear tight clothes, use cotton underwear (not silk..silk worsens it). Hope this helps

Are u sure its a yeast infection? My sister used to get them all the time, and in the end she found out that it wasnt yeast infections, it was bv. BV is a bacterial infection that mimics a yeast infection. You need to see your doc to get a pap and a test for BV. It is not a STD, so dont be worried or ashamed....it can be caused by a whole lot of things, even just wiping from back to front.

You need to go see the doc to be sure it is a yeast infection and not something else. Many infections have similar symptoms and generally a doc needs to run some tests to see for sure what the problem is. Since it is getting worse as the night goes on your best bet is to go to an urgent care and get checked out.

Take a sleeping pill and let the monistat do it's thing. It will be worse before it gets better when you apply the monistat. You're headed in the right direction though... There is a light at the end of the tunnel.
