let it dry out for a few days. the water is prolly effecting the hardware. DON'T use a hairdryer or heater to try to dry it out faster, that will only melt the wires inside i dropped my cell phone in a lake once and after i let it dry out for 3 days it started working again

If you just bought it Apple has a year warranty from the date you bought it even if you didn't buy it at an apple store. So where ever you live if they have an apple store by you take it in there and see what they can do.

Uh, too bad you don't have a warranty! It sounds like the water got into the hard drive and damaged it. I don't think you can do anything, but take it to a repair place or get a new one!

SOUNDS LIKE YOU DONT HAVE ANY OPTIONS.

LET IT SIT IN DIRECT LIGHT AND DO NOT TURN IT ON AGAIN!

BY TURNING IT ON ALREADY, U MAY HAVE FRIED IT BEYOND REPAIR.
