DAC is the answer:

In base 16, the right-most digit is 1's (16^0);
then going left you have 16 (16^1);
then 256 (16^2);
then 4,096 (16^3); etc.

In base 16, you write the following decimal numbers like thus:
10 = A
11 = B
12 = C
13 = D
14 = E
15 = F

So, in base 16, 3500 = 256*13 + 16*10 + 1*12,

so you have 13 - 10 - 12, or DAC in base 16
